Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
tk789 supports transactions through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
2.1 Supported Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals are currently available through: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). If new methods are added in the future, they will be announced on the platform.
2.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).

2.4 Source of Funds

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers from tk789 are provided under specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus automatically makes the associated terms applicable.
3.1 Welcome Bonus
- For new players, a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
- For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,500 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
- The bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
To make the bonus withdrawable, a wager of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed (on the bonus amount only — not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 total wagering must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
3.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus has a specific expiry period, which will be communicated at the time of bonus activation.
- If wagering is not completed before the expiry, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- If use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or misconduct is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- tk789 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel a bonus at any time.
3.4 VIP Program
For regular players, tk789 has three VIP tiers:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Gameplay & Betting Rules
4.1 General Gaming Rules

4.2 Technical Errors
If the outcome of any game is affected by a system failure, network disruption, or any other technical error, that round may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. Any winnings during a technical error will not be considered valid.
